Welcome to Jelloe (jelloe.com). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us, including The Jelly Bra 2.0. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.


Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order on jelloe.com.


Products

We currently sell The Jelly Bra 2.0, priced at $48. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are shown on our website and may be updated at any time without notice.

Fit: Bodies vary from person to person. The way The Jelly Bra 2.0 fits and looks on you may differ from how it appears on our models or in product photos. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering, but we cannot guarantee an exact match to the images shown.

Color: Due to lighting, photography, and differences between screens, the actual color of your product may look slightly different in person than it does on our website.

Neither of these is considered a product defect and does not on its own qualify for a free exchange or refund beyond what is outlined below.


Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full card details.


Shipping & Delivery

We do not hold stock. Products ship directly from our supplier, located outside the US, to you, via Luwei Ordinary US.

Orders typically ship within 5–11 business days. In some cases — due to high demand, customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control — delivery may take longer than this window. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our reasonable control.


Exchanges & Refunds

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to choose one of the following:

Free Exchange — Exchange your bra once for a different size or color, free of charge.

Refund — Send your bra back for a full refund of the amount you actually paid, with no fees deducted.

This applies only to items you paid for. It does not apply to bonus or free items received as part of a promotion, such as our "Buy 2, Get 3 Free" or "Buy 3, Get 5 Free" offers. Those free items are not eligible for a refund.

Returned items must have been tried on for one day only (not worn multiple times) and must be returned in good condition.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


Promotions

From time to time we run promotions (such as "Buy 2, Get 3 Free"). We reserve the right to modify or end a promotion at any time.


Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
