We want you to love your Jelly Bra 2.0. If the fit or color isn't quite right, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a free exchange or a full refund.
Your Options
Free Exchange Exchange your bra once for a different size or color, free of charge.
Refund Send your bra back and get a full refund of the amount you actually paid — no fees deducted.
What's Eligible
This policy applies only to items you paid for. It does not apply to bonus or free items received as part of a promotion, such as our "Buy 2, Get 3 Free" or "Buy 3, Get 5 Free" offers. Free items are not eligible for a refund.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for an exchange or refund, your bra must be in good shape, with packaging and tags still present.
How It Works

- Our support team will get back to you within 24 hours with next steps.
- Send your bra back following the instructions we provide.
- Once received, we'll process your exchange or issue your refund to your original payment method.
