We want you to love your Jelly Bra 2.0. If the fit or color isn't quite right, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a free exchange or a full refund.

Your Options

Free Exchange Exchange your bra once for a different size or color, free of charge.

Refund Send your bra back and get a full refund of the amount you actually paid — no fees deducted.

What's Eligible

This policy applies only to items you paid for. It does not apply to bonus or free items received as part of a promotion, such as our "Buy 2, Get 3 Free" or "Buy 3, Get 5 Free" offers. Free items are not eligible for a refund.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for an exchange or refund, your bra must be in good shape, with packaging and tags still present.

How It Works

  1. Reach out via our Contact Us page and let us know whether you'd like an exchange or a refund, along with your order number.
  2. Our support team will get back to you within 24 hours with next steps.
  3. Send your bra back following the instructions we provide.
  4. Once received, we'll process your exchange or issue your refund to your original payment method.
